Townshend

A full-time Pediatric Nurse position is available in Grace Cottage’s Rural Health Clinic, Grace Cottage Family Health. The Pediatric Nurse is responsible for the delivery of care to infants, toddlers, school-aged children and adolescent patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, care planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Assists in the medical care treatment provided at the direction of physicians. Effectively interacts with patients, parents, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
The qualified candidate should have a current RN license from an accredited school. Previous experience in a clinic practice/pediatric care preferred.
Grace Cottage Family Health currently has a full-time position open for a Clinic Nursing Supervisor.
The primary responsibility of the CNS is to assist the Sr. Dir. of Clinical Practices in managing the day to day operations and delivery of
efficient and patient-centered clinical services in the GCFH clinic. This position has direct supervisory responsibility for front-office and nursing
staff to ensure excellent patient care, quality compliance, teamwork, and communication among staff. In addition, the position is responsible for participating
in the planning, development, training, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of the electronic medical record system (EMR) for the practice.
In collaboration with the Sr. Dir. of Clinical Practices, the CNS is responsible for establishing teamwork through appropriate hiring, scheduling, and design of work processes.
Qualified candidate should have an RN license from an accredited college. Previous supervisory and IS implementation experience in a clinic practice required.
