Community Needs Survey

Twenty volunteers recently conducted a random phone survey within the 21 towns in Grace Cottage’s primary service area, completing a total of 378 surveys for a statistically significant sampling.

Of the 255 respondents who had used Grace Cottage’s services, 88% were very satisfied or satisfied with their care, 8% were somewhat satisfied, 2% were neutral, 1% were somewhat dissatisfied and 1% were dissatisfied. 34% said that no services needed to be added at Grace Cottage, while 16% said they didn’t know, and 5% said they would like to see a CT scan, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Ultrasound added (an Ultrasound will be available by fall, thanks to donations in memory of Don Kissel, and a CT scanner is planned by the end of 2007).
